Program Support Team
The Program Support Team provides learning and development opportunities for Scouts to undertake new experiences that use the Scout Method to achieve the purpose of Scouting. They give Scouts and Leaders the tools and knowledge to prepare consistent, high quality Youth Programs that attract and retain members.

Youth Support Team
The Youth Support Team’s role is to consult and collaborate with Scouts to ensure young people are a part of the influencing and decision-making that affects their Scouting journey, both in Western Australia and nationally.

Training Support Team
The Training Support Team provides individual training, development and learning opportunities for both Scouts and Adult Members. They give members the tools and knowledge to participate in initiatives that support and complement the Program.

Member Support Team
The Member Support Team will provide well-being and welfare support to Scouts and Adult Members. They give members a range of tools and knowledge to participate in development opportunities that provide assistance for themselves and other members of the Scout Movement.

Operational Support Team
The Operational Support Team provide services and resources to Scouts WA. They give members the tools and physical assets necessary to achieve a successful Youth Program.

Regional Support Team
The Regional Support Team’s guide and support the growth and performance of Scout Groups and Districts within their Region. They liaise with Support Teams to meet the needs of members within the Region and ensure the Program is implemented to a high standard, as well as providing support in areas of Training and Operations.
