WA Venturer Standing Camp 2025 “Winter Quest”
8 August - 10 August
All units are invited to gather for a winter weekend of fun, catching up with old and new friends at Manjedal Activity Centre.
Brush up on your camping skills ready for Maali Medal, clock up some nights under canvas and tick off some OAS I statements!
Units will need to program their own camp, provide all gear needed for the weekend, BYO food and bring a great activity or game to share with other units!
A whole camp wide game and campfire will be planned for Saturday night, the rest of the time is yours! If your Venturer unit (or individual Venturers) would like to organise and facilitate the camp wide game, send us an EOI on the form below!

Campsites will be available to be booked through MAC direct for an individual units, or combine with other units and Venturers from your district, region, country, city and create a mega campsite! When booking your campsite mention you will be attending the ‘WA Venturer Standing Camp 2025 “Winter Quest’’’ event.
Leaders, campsites have been booked to allow opportunities for you to network and enjoy your own weekend of camping! If your unit is not able to participate in camp, let us know and we can connect you with another unit to camp with!
Cost is up to you! Just remember to budget for your campsite as per Manjedal prices!
You must complete your own risk assessment, have it approved, and submit it to your Group Leader within the specified timeline.
