Leveraging learning completed during the Scouting Leadership course, a project of approximately 10 hours (over three months) will be initiated with a specific aim and goals for achievement.
Completion will usually be reviewed by the participant’s Team Leader as part of the final Wood Badge Evaluation step. In line with National Adult Training and Development Policies, the Team Leader will often be the Group Leader or line manager (if they have achieved a Wood Badge themselves). Identification of the project supervisor will occur during the Scouting Leadership course.
On completion of Scouting Leadership and after a period of evaluation (four months minimum), Leaders receive:

• Parchment
• Gilwell Scarf (International membership of 1st Gilwell Park Scout Group)
