Scouting Essentials Course

Eligibility – Rover Scouts, Leaders, Volunteers
Max numbers – 26 participants
Scouting Essentials are the ‘survival skills’ for an Adult Leader. They explain how the youth Achievement Pathways work, how to operate a youth led program, the Patrol System, youth empowerment and some initial leadership skills training.
There are two parts to Scouting Essentials. A series of self-paced on demand training modules which must be completed prior to registering for this face-to-face course.

Once these have been completed, please register for the Scouting Essentials course. Your GL will be sent an authorisation email to confirm you can attend the course and have met all prerequisites.
