Join the Scouts WA Bequest Society with a gift in your Will.
Our Bequest Society members are the torchbearers of Scouts WA’s future success.
2023 will mark the beginning of Scouts WA’s first formal bequest program, which we will launch with a morning tea and information session later in the year, for anyone who is interested in joining the Society.
Register your interest
Leaving a bequest is a fitting tribute for a lifetime of adventure found through your involvement with Scouts WA. A legacy made through a gift in your Will demonstrates your foresight in safeguarding Scouts WA for future generations, even for those who are not able to make a gift during their lifetime.
A bequest can take the form of:
- The residue of your estate
- A percentage of the residue
- A set amount of funds
- An asset, such as shares or real estate
Scouts WA recognises all Bequest Society members who notify us in writing that we have been remembered in your Will.
How We Say Thank You
Scouts WA privately thanks all bequest donors at the time we are notified in writing of being remembered in your Will.
All Bequest Society members will be sent a supporter welcome pack following written confirmation.
Bequest Society members will also be publicly acknowledged on Scouts WA’s website and in our Annual Report. You will receive quarterly philanthropy updates via our Giving E-News and will be invited to special events throughout the year, tailored to your contribution. Donors may choose to remain anonymous if they prefer.
