The Heritage Centre is more than a museum: it is filled with great activities for youth members to entertain and inform, and it's a gathering point for Leaders and the general public interested in Scouting history in WA.

The activities are particularly suitable for Cub Scouts Packs and Scout Troops or Patrols, and can generally fill a program of 90 minutes. If you'd like something a bit different, get in touch.
The Heritage Centre is entirely run by volunteers, and there is plenty to do if you'd like to help out. We always need help in cataloguing our collection, answering questions or doing further research, and helping with publicity. Contact us if you're able to help out.
The Heritage Centre is located at Scouts WA Administration Office.
As of February 2015, we will be located at our new Head Office at 133 Scarborough Beach Rd, Mount Hawthorn.
On public transport, you can get to the new home of the Heritage Centre by catching the 990 bus from Glendalough Train Station.Alight at the Scarborough Beach Rd after Flinders St stop (approx 5 minute journey)
The Heritage Centre is open 10 am - 2 pm on Tuesdays and by arrangement - contact us to arrange a visit for your group.
