Scouts WA is seeking passionate and capable volunteers to join the Technology Team within the Support Directorate.
These three-year appointments play an important role in supporting the systems and technology that keep Scouting running across Western Australia. From membership management and volunteer onboarding to financial systems and digital tools, these roles help reduce administrative burden and make it easier for volunteers to focus on delivering great experiences for young people.

Available Positions
Branch Advisor | ScoutMap
Help volunteers get the most out of Scouts WA’s membership and administration system.
This role provides support, guidance, and improvement initiatives for ScoutMap. You will work with volunteers across all levels of Scouts WA to improve processes, support onboarding, maintain data quality and reduce administrative complexity.
Key focus areas:
- ScoutMap support and training
- Membership administration processes
- Data quality and governance
- User experience improvements
- System documentation and guides
Branch Advisor | Xero
Support the financial systems that help Scouts WA operate effectively.
This role focuses on supporting volunteer treasurers and improving the use of Xero across Scouts WA. You will help simplify financial processes, provide guidance and training, improve reporting and support financial best practice throughout the organisation.

- Xero support and guidance
- Treasurer development and training
- Financial process improvement
- Reporting and compliance support
- Financial systems administration
