Help improve the experience of volunteers and members across Scouts WA by supporting the organisation’s membership and administration system. This role ensures that ScoutMap works effectively for the people who rely on it every day, helping reduce administrative burden and making Scouting easier to deliver.

Working with Group Leaders, Districts, volunteers, and Head Office staff, you will provide guidance, support, and practical solutions that help people use ScoutMap confidently and consistently. You will also help improve processes, resources, and training materials that support users across the state.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference behind the scenes by helping streamline administration, improve data quality, and ensure volunteers can spend more time focusing on delivering great experiences for young people.

Key Focus Areas: 

• Provide support and guidance to Leaders and volunteers using ScoutMap across Scouts WA.
• Develop practical guides, resources, and training that help users confidently navigate the system.
• Support membership processes including registrations, transfers, renewals, and volunteer onboarding.
• Improve data quality, reporting, and consistency of information across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and the overall user experience.
