Designed specifically for beginners, this hands-on session covers practical, real-world personal safety techniques, situational awareness, and basic physical defence moves. Build your confidence in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Please wear activity shirt or loose clothing and enclosed shoes. No jewellery. Please bring a full water bottle.
