This practical workshop is designed to equip scout leaders with the skills and confidence to effectively understand, respond to, and include youth displaying disruptive behaviours – particularly those who are neurodivergent. Through real-life scenarios, inclusive strategies, and a strengths-based approach, participants will gain tools to foster positive group dynamics and create a supportive and welcoming environment for every scout.
