This practical 3-hour workshop is designed to equip Scout leaders with the skills and confidence to effectively understand, respond to, and include youth displaying disruptive behaviours—particularly those who are neurodivergent.

Through real-life scenarios, inclusive strategies, and a strengths-based approach, participants will gain tools to foster positive group dynamics and create a supportive, welcoming environment for every Scout.
