Help uphold fairness, integrity, and accountability across Scouts WA. As a Review Officer, you will undertake fact-finding and review activities that help ensure concerns, complaints, and incidents are managed professionally, consistently, and respectfully.

Working closely with the Integrity & Governance Directorate, the Branch Commissioner | Standards and Conduct, and other authorised volunteers and staff, you will gather information, review evidence, and prepare reports that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Gather information through interviews, witness statements, records, and document reviews.
• Assess information objectively and prepare clear, evidence-based reports, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, procedural fairness, and professional standards throughout all review activities.
• Identify recurring themes, risks, and opportunities for improvement to support organisational learning and continuous improvement.
