Help uphold the values, integrity, and safety of Scouting across Western Australia. This role leads the volunteer team responsible for managing investigations, complaints, inquiries, and fact-finding activities, ensuring concerns are handled fairly, consistently, and professionally.

Working with Investigators, senior volunteer leaders, safeguarding personnel, and the Integrity & Governance Directorate, you will provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to ensure investigations are managed with professionalism, confidentiality, and procedural fairness.

Key Focus Areas: 

• Lead and support the team responsible for investigations, complaints, inquiries, and fact-finding activities across Scouts WA.
• Provide mentoring, supervision, and quality assurance to ensure investigations are fair, consistent, and professionally managed.
• Review investigation findings and reports, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based and well supported.
• Identify trends, emerging risks, and systemic issues to support organisational learning and continuous improvement.
• Promote a child-safe, respectful, and inclusive culture through guidance, awareness, and professional standards leadership.
