Help ensure Scouts WA’s digital presence is clear, engaging, and easy to use. This role supports the ongoing improvement of the Scouts WA website, helping volunteers, families, and community members access accurate information, resources, and opportunities to get involved.

Working with teams across Scouts WA and Head Office, you will coordinate website content updates, improve user experience, and help ensure online information remains current, accessible, and relevant. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to gather content and support the delivery of digital improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digital communications, content management, and improving online experiences. Your work will help strengthen how Scouts WA connects with members, volunteers, families, and the broader community.

Key Focus Areas: 

• Coordinate and prepare website content, updates, resources, and information from across Scouts WA.
• Work with Head Office and content owners to implement approved website improvements and updates.
• Review website content, navigation, links, and user experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help ensure website content is accurate, accessible, mobile-friendly, and written in plain English.
• Support consistent digital standards by maintaining content processes, approvals, and quality controls.
