Scouts WA is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our very large and dedicated team of volunteers in delivering the new Scout Program to over 5000 Western Australian youth members. As the most senior uniformed volunteer, the WA Branch Chief Commissioner is responsible to the Board of Scouts WA for providing strategic leadership and management of the team that facilitates the state wide delivery of high quality Scouting programs. This is a significant role, involving a large time commitment that would suit a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, significant experience in leading, managing and delegating to others, an appetite for championing change and a track record of fostering a positive and supportive organisational culture.
